Born from several subsea excavation methods, ABMT was created for the mining of all alluvial, rare earth minerals and gems. It has now been developed into a viable and cost affective way of mining both on land and at sea.

Abilities, Inabilities & Requirements
  • Works on land, in Rivers, Marshes, Dams, Lakes or in the Sea.
  • Able to recover up to 1000m3 per hour of mineral bearing slurry.
  • Does not require the removal of overburden to get to seams.
  • Does not inject chemicals for mineral recovery.
  • Works both onshore and offshore.
  • Requires water to operate.
  • Cannot bore through solid rock. (At this time)
  • Will bore through thick sticky clay with ease.
  • Takes approximately 60 minutes to reach 200 meters. (Depending on soil conditions)
  • No mechanical moving parts sub-terrain.
  • Able to recover stones / minerals up to 160mm diameter with ease.
  • Will recover any alluvial or rare earth minerals.
  • Design engineered per project and depth.
  • Restoring the mined foot print in days not years.
  • Active “Preventative Maintenance System” (PMS) Procedures are carried out on a regular basis to ensure smooth uninterrupted running of all machinery.
